Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)

Hi All, 

I'm experiencing an issue with RightSignature's KBA authentication.  I have had several clients enter their correct information and the system is not accepting it.  Has anyone else experienced anything similar or have another program that they are using for e-signature and happy with it (outside of Lacerte)?

I have used "Encyro Secure Messaging" for many years, and is very affordable, and user friendly. My tax program is ProSeries Pro, so I am not familiar with Lacerte

I have had a couple of clients have issues with the RightSignature KBA as well.  One of them I assumed was because of a change of name with SSA.  However the other entered their address for all addresses during their lifetime and it still would say it wasn't correct.  Ended up having them sign a paper E-File Form and return.
