how to report 1099-B ESPPDD stock proceeds

I have a client with ESPPDD stock sale proceed. Should I include form 1099-B and statement of taxable income as an attachement with Schedule D?

    If it's a noncovered transaction you need to report the details either on the Sch D/8949 or as an attachment.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
