I'd like to link my QB Premier 2016 license to my account (had to be reset) so I can do some user maintenance. the product doesn't show when I log in and the chat help is a mis-nomer....

You seem to be lost on the internet.

You’ve come to a Peer User community for Intuit Tax Preparation products supporting Lacerte, ProSeries, or ProConnect Tax Online products. You posted in the Community Ideas section, as well, as "this would improve the forum platform."

Please visit the QuickBooks Help site for the answer to your question.

    Thanks.

Oh, it might also be useful to know that QB 2016 reached end of life in May 2019, gets no updates, and isn't going to keep up with Windows 10 at all, at this point. The truth is, having this product show "in your Intuit Account" isn't going to do anything for you.

Thanks for the re-direct to the right place - lost is the correct word. We're moving to 2021 asap.
