Why is my Forms Bar is Grayed Out?

I just updated Profile to 2017.3.0 and for some reason the "Forms Bar" in the 2017 T1 module is grayed out.  I can't select any of the forms on that menu bar.  The forms bar works in the other modules (ie 2016 T1) but not 2017.

Is this just my problem or are others experiencing this too?  How might I get access to the forms bar back?   See attachment.

Thank you for the quick reply.  I all but forgot about that trusty Proreg routine.  It did work and I'm back in business.............  so to speak.
