Question

WHENEVER I PRINT A DOCUMENT UNDER T2 IT WILL DISPLAY "Done Document sent to designated Printer/Folder and thereafter the program will shut off and i have to log in again. I am unable to print only under T2. T1 is working fine.

I just completed a corporate tax return and tried to print it. Indeed, Profile 'crashed'! I had to print to pdf and then printed from the pdf document. Then I wanted to print just one form-Profile crashed again! I'm glad I don't do many corporations...

VERSION 2022.4.7  IS DOING THE SAME THING FOR ME. CLICK PRINT SAYS IT WENT TO PRINTER THEN IT CRASHES AND NOTHING IS PRINTING BUT THE T1 IS PRINTING PERFECTLY.  DID ANYONE FIND A SOLUTION?  I AM ABLE TO PDF BUT THIS IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL SOLUTION!!  PLEASE HELP
