When printing the S14, the Estimated Benefit does not print

I also tried to save the S14 as a pdf, but it still will not print the estimated benefit

Unfortunately, you're right, Schedule 14 prints only the upper part, but does not show the amount of the CAI. I've been simply manually writing the amounts on the T1 Summary, i.e., "$75 x 4, C.A.I." and explaining it to clients. It's a little time consuming, but so far I haven't found a better way of doing so.

 

A few weeks ago I brought up this issue here and sent a suggestion to Profile Development, hopefully it will be fixed by.. the next tax season!

ok, thanks for the reply. I screenshotted (is that even a word?) the page rather than writing it out and that seemed to work..

i have been using the personalize feature in the client letter and adding a line that shows what the cai will be and the payments. i then copy and paste for the next client but change the amount according to the schedule 14 info. a little time consuming but looks great! hope this helps. have a good year.
