When I print TPF1U it comes out blank?

No matter what I do, print to PDF or to a printer, change the print set-up, the TPF1U always comes out as one blank page and the next has frames in the top right and bottom left corners. How do I get this to print out correctly?

You can try renaming the FPZ folder in this directory C:\ProgramData\GreenPoint\ProFile.(make sure profile is closed) If this does not work, i recommend a clean uninstall.
