Tuition of a minor
Clients want to claim their 15 year old child's tuition to a school in France including travel expenses. Total claim of $8,565.50. Can this be claimed and if so, where would this be claimed? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Here's the Mom's justification of why they can claim it:
Global Summers Academy is an Ontario school recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Education, and all their courses are Ontario high school credit courses. Their learning experiences happen in other countries, but it's still an Ontario school based in Toronto. Can you verify please if it can be included as a claim.
