Trouble finding calculation for line 23200 in T1.
Looking for help with an issue in Profile T1.
Taxpayer received a CRA review of line 23200 for the 2022 tax year.
From the Tax Summary form, I drill down into that line and it takes me to the other deductions form. From there I drill down again and it takes me to the Foreign Tax Credits form but will not tell me where this amount is coming from and no more drill down option. I know that $124 is coming from T3's but cannot figure out where Profile is calculating the rest ($183) from.
I have contacted Profile several times but they could not help. I also talked to a senior agent at the CRA and they couldn't help either.
Does anyone know the secret to figuring out how Profile has calculated this amount?
