Solved

There seems to be a bug in T1 Profile. Half of all my new client files have an error message on the Postal Code field "the last 3 characters of the postal code in the return do not match the information on record with the Canadian Revenue Agency..."

I am seeing the same thing with my clients too.

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

The product development team says this is not a bug as ProFile just imports the CRA data. This warning just requires review of the postal code and related address information on the info tab: If the address entries are correct the warning can be signed off.

Hope this helps

I definitely agree that it is a Profile bug.  My clients addresses are correct at CRA and match what I have in Profile.  Profile is giving the notice for a good number of my clients also.

I have had this same issue as well.  Most recently on one spouse of a joint couple return. I am hopeful that it will not effect efiling, but we haven't tried yet.
