there is notice under audit: " taxpayer is subject to minimum tax" T691, how to handle this?

Minimum tax applies if certain larger deductions are taken - there is nothing you can do about it, unless you think minimum tax should not have applied and you have entered something incorrectly.

ProFile is alerting you to the fact alternative minimum tax is required as calculated on CRA form T691. This is for information purposes only no actions are required. CRA has information here regarding alternative minimum tax. If there is alternative minimum tax there will be a carryforward amount on the year's Notice of Assessment.
