T5008 is not including options expired.  Where I should report the loss/expenses from options expired.

Unless you are talking about an employee stock option, a loss on a stock option is usually a capital loss and you would report in in Section 3 of the Schedule 3, showing zero proceeds of disposition and an adjusted cost base equal to the cost of the option.
