I have a client whom immigrated back to Canada in Oct 2018. The husband has a pension with Ontario Power. They issued a NR4 instead of a T4A. They will not cancel the NR4 and reissue a T4A of which it should have been. How can I enter the NR4 if they will not cancel it?

If you are filing as a resident treat the NR4 as if it was a T4A. Enter the pension income into ProFile on the T4A slip screen if the NR4 reports pension income.
