T4A issue with SIN for Self-employeed who does not has payroll account

Hi all,

 

Is it available for employer to issue T4A with his SIN if he does not have a payroll account?

Should he have a payroll account although he has only one T4A to issue?

Yes, you have to have a payroll account with CRA to issue a T4 or T4A.
