Question

T1229 - form is empty but cannot delete, so CANNOT FILE T1

An empty T1229 carried forward from 2023.

This form is not applicable in 2024, is empty and I cannot delete.

I cannot file.  Need workaround please.

Did you try 'clear form' in case something is being carried forward.

Yes, I cleared the form.  It does not offer the option to delete the form.

The form remains blank.  Because this form is in draft format and unable to be deleted, the return is Not Eligible for Efile.
