T1163 glitch - when will there be a resolution / workaround?
The T1163 on every farmer has been changed to “1” accrual based accounting as the basis of accounting on the info checklist on every return. Please make sure to change them all to “2” cash basis. This is clearly a profile glitch because every last T1163 I’ve looked at has had this same issue and every one of them was “2” cash basis last year.
I have changed to to “2” and now have an efile error that “3” is not an option.
