T1 Tax Summary display issue

When looking at the T1 Tax Summary on screen the right side shows below the right side.  Other posts say this was resolved in 2020.3.5 but we just updated to 2020.4.0 and still have this issue on one computer.  Is there a way to fix this?

I have had similar issues with that and even after two updates it's still the same in one computer. 'Compare' shows correctly but 'Summary' is an issue.
