T1 Form selection not printing

When printing a 2020 T1 file the client letter doesn't show up in the list of things to be printed.  I have tripled checked under form selection and it is marked off how it should be.  I have been doing same process for years but nothing is working this year.  Please help

Sorry to say the same thing is happening here. Most of the time it is the letter and invoice that don't show to be printed. It is also totally random, do 5 returns and they are good and suddenly not. You can show all forms and select the missing forms to print, then tick off show only selected forms. It's a pain and needs to be fixed.  I have been a Profile user for many many years and am sooooo disappointed this year. Problems galore without being fixed. Perhaps it is time to look at other tax programs.
