Some memos do not carry forward from 2020 to 2021

I just carried forward a T1 return from 2020 to 2021. It had a number of memos, and most had the “Carry Forward to Next Year” box checked. However, two memos, placed in the T4 slip description fields, did not carry forward.

 

Please look into it as soon as possible—such “carry-forward” memos are VERY IMPORTANT for the current year.

 

I am using Profile version 2021.3.0
