Signing Requirements for Forms
I am new to efiling this year and apologize if this question seems obvious, but I am wondering about the signing requirements. I have my clients dropping off their papers and then picking them up when they are done. I have the T183 and other forms printed and included in their copy to keep as well as in a separate package for them to sign and bring back to me. My question is, do they have to sign the forms that are in their package to keep as well? Or just the ones they are bringing back to me to file and keep?
