Hello.

What an unprofessional shame that I cannot file a T3 TP646 which is due March 31st and it is already March 17th!!! All because Profile does not qualify with CRA and Revenu Qc. How unprofessional and what a shame. This is costing me money and time. Now two weeks I lost my time and money!!!!

The client is threatening to use another accountant with another software!!!

RECOMMEND PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE PROFILE!! THEY ARE A SECOND RATE TAX SOFTWARE AND PROFESSIONALS SHOULD NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

The update has not come out today as indicated. Nor will it be likely available this week. Furthermore, an ETA cannot be given to me to give to my client. I will lose my client. Therefore, I have no choice but to purchase another software and do it today to send to my client who engaged me the first week of March.

Please refund me.
