RC71 Discounting Transactions

Help! I discounted 2 clients of mine.  One had a refund of $750+ and the other has $3500+.  I efiled their tax returns after filling out their RC71 but when I pulled out their ENOA, it says they are going to get their refunds in their bank account.  I had to hold on to the $3500+ refund because I don't wanna be out of $3500+.  This never happened to me.  What changed?

There has been no change to the discounting procedure. You should check with CRA to determine the cause of the error.

Sorry to hear this happened but maybe CRA can explain.  An agent could help you at 1-800-452-9970 if CRA thinks it's a technical issue.
