Profile T1: How to modify Preparer Info

Hello,

 

We have multiple preparers, and each preparer's info is entered into: Options/Environment/Preparer

 

I created a return on my computer (Preparer-A) and when the same return is opened by a different user (Preparer-B), the return still shows Preparer-A.

 

How to enable/permit so that the return shows the current Preparer info and not the original/creator Preparer?

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

If you use an options package uncheck the option to include preparer information. Also check the properties in a file to see if the current user information is showing in the properties actions
