Profile One Pay

Why does the Profile One Pay page state that you must have an Efile number to file T1 returns? This has never been true and the CRA will not issue Efile numbers if you do a very limited number of returns which One Pay users do.

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

To electronically file a T1 from ProFile an e-file number is required. ProFile does not have a net file option as is available in TurboTax.

Paper filing a T1 is also available and does not require an e-file number.
