Profile doesn't open after Windows update

My Profile doesn't open after Windows update.

I called the support, we reinstalled profile as instructed by the representative. It didn't help. I was told they will call me back. I specified the callback time. Someone from the support called me ONCE. Not at the time specified. So I didn't pick up because I wasn't at the office. Then the email was sent that my case is closed because they couldn't reach me. 

Now I found a temporary solution by uninstalling the windows update. But as soon as I installed the Windows update again, the profile stopped working again.

What am I supposed to do now? I was thinking of buying the profile for the next year, but now I am waiting to see if they can resolve this issue. Might have to buy a different software!

Hello, We are aware of a windows issue that is impacing Profile performance after a Windows update. We are actively working with Microsoft to get this resolved. We appreciate your patience and apologize for delays and problems thjis is causing.  I will give you a call to solve your issue.

i have EXACTLY same issue.  Windows 11!!. after updates cant open it.  reinstalled windows and holding updates, so i can just open  Profile !!

Has the update been pulled? Not seeing the 2023 update available anymore on computers.

I've V2023.0.0 downloaded at https://profile.intuit.ca/download & installed over the V2022.5.5. My F10 & shortcut icon issues are still there though.
