Profile 2020 is slow to open

I have a client running ProFile 2020.2.5. It is quite slow to open. Timing at 25 seconds or longer to open. Previous versions, I am told, were not this slow to open. Ideas? I am a noobie to ProFile so I am not sure of anything IT-administrative I can do yet. Anti-virus is set to ignore ProFile totally.

This may be a firewall issue, article here. If that does not help you could try Proreg. If these steps do not resolve the issue an agent can assist you by calling 1-800-452-9970
