Pre-2008 tax returns

I've been using Profile since 1998 and in previous versions of the program was able to access all returns ever prepared. In this new 2020 T1 Profile version, I cannot retrieve tax returns prior to 2008. What's going on?

with the new version we can only go back ten years. if you need to go back further you have to call support and they will help you get access to them. hope you had a good xmas. happy new year.

not quite sure why they did this? profile and their wisdom i guess? hope this helps. good luck.
