Power outage - now error: ProFile will not open. Do I install? uninstall then reinstall?

2 error boxes:

An error occurred while reading your license data.  Please re-enter your license.

click "OK"

Exception EOleException in module PROFILE.EXE at 001CD236.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

click "OK"

 

now stuck, nothing has happened, profile.exe never executed.

You should call Profile as soon as possible.
