password option has been set at last name + date of birth. however, once created, it no longer opens with the password. it used to....

the password should be the first 5 letters of the Last name and 2 digits for the year plus 2 digits for the month.
for example for this one here , the password would be last0001 because the name has only 4 letters, maximum is 5 chars for the name
