Paying Rent + Property tax in ontario

I am preparing a tax return for a client who lives in a 'life style' community where they pay property taxes as well as rent (land lease) to the management company. How is this claimed on the ON-BEN.? I believe that they can claim one or the other but not both and can claim whichever give the higher credit, is that correct? I tried the phone number for the provincial credits  1-877-627-6645 but there is a 2 hour wait and I the online info is unclear. Please help.

the property tax will give them the higher credit more than likely. i would do it both ways using one or the other and see which is better? i think you will find the property tax will be better. hope this helps.
