Paying a T3 estate balance owing

I have a client who is having issues paying the T3 estate tax owing. Bill pay only accepts SIN numbers, financial institutions supposedly won't make payment to the trust account number and CRA my pay only uses certain financial institutions. What is the easiest way to pay these taxes? .

I believe you have to attach a cheque to the front of the T3, or simply pay by cheque/mail if you have already filed.
