New Issues: Access Violation, Maximum OAS and Print Setup Options
- After printing a 2021 Corporate Tax Return, an “Access Violation” error message popped up. I kept closing it, it kept popping up. It was impossible to get rid of it or close Profile. Eventually I had to go to Task Manager and close Profile.
- The “Complete Maximum OAS” box reverted to UNCHECKED by itself, and the “Allow Family Linking” and “Recalculate Invoice on Data Locked Returns” boxes reverted to CHECKED. I reported this problem a few days ago.
- When I printed a T1 return, all the double pages were “upside down”. When I went to “File/Print Setup”, under “Position and Duplexing”, the “Flip pages up” box was UNCHECKED, even though I had CHECKED it before (and I saved the options under “Options Administration”).
I would certainly appreciate any suggestions, recommendations or response from Profile—or perhaps other users?
