New comer CCR and GST

The client letter does not indicate if the newcomer is entitled to GST or Trillium or Carbon tax credit.

How can I change it. A husband is living here for few years, wife came in June 2024. They both have low income and both should be entitled to a combined benefits but the joint letter only shows the husband's trillium, CCR and GST amounts as if he was single.

Thank you so much Mario for your response to my query. Is there an alternate client letter, other than the default one? If I don't feel comfortable change it myself.

No there is not, but have no fear, you can always go back to the default template by just selecting the box to Use Default Template in Options templates Menu
