Module Options Are Gone--AGAIN!!!
When I opened a 2019 tax return, I realized that the colors that I had set for previous years’ tax return were automatically reset to default colors. But this was just the tip of the iceberg: it turned out that ALL module options for ALL past years (except 2020) were reset (e.g., plenty of blank boxes), as well as the “File Template” area became blank!
On my employee’s computer SOME of the module options were also reset: some boxes were blank and the “File Template” area was blank as well.
This is the third or fourth time it has happened this season (I mentioned this issue in my past posts). It takes me a lot of time to restore all the options!
Why Profile is wasting so much of my time?
Can’t you really fix this issue once and for all?
