Line 57730
Where do I find the form I need to enter a 1 on line 57730. I have looked everywhere without any luck. Also do I enter the 1 on the surviving spouses return, the deceased or both. I have never come across this before.

In my dummy file, I put Widowed under marital status for the taxpayer, a day of Nov 1, 2022, ticked "Were you married at any time...." as yes. Also on the Info screen, under Spousal information, I put her date of death as Nov 1, 2022. When I did this, the 1 automatically showed up on line 57730 on the T1EFILE screen.
