is split income working for anyone?

when i click on split pension income nothing happens.  the numbers don't flicker and it stays at 0.  Is there a fix for this?

Hi, Sandi. Could you tell me exactly where in QuickBooks you're trying to split the income? I’ve run a test on my Banking page, and it seems to be working fine on my end. Just ensure that the total amount of your split lines matches the total amount of the transaction.

 

If we’re on the same page and it's not working for you, consider refreshing the page or logging out and back into your account to reset the connection.  

 

If the issue persists, try using an incognito window or a different supported browser. Sometimes, issues like these could be caused by stored cache in your current browser, interfering with the split tool.
