is czech pension taxable in canada?

client received lump sum Pension payment from Czech republic. is it taxable or exempt under tax treaty? tried to look on cra web but didnt find clear unswer.

Usually how foreign income is taxed depends on the treaty Canada has with a country. You could look at this link  to start. CRA may be able to help if you have specific questions regarding this scenario
