Intuit esignature cancellation

How do you delete or "void" an incomplete Intuit esignature request?  It is not apparant on the esignature dashboard.

There is no way at the moment, but designers are looking into this.

There are more and more clients requesting cancellation of esignature, since they would prefer to use manual signature on T183 form. Once we receive their signed paper form, we will e-file their tax return after.  However, after the filing, clients continued to receive reminding emails on a very frequent basis which was set up as default.  However, we cannot cancel this.  Is that possible for Profile to recognize when return is filed, no reminding emails will be sent out even if client does not complete the esignature request?

Eventually the reminders will expire by themselve. For now, what I recommend is to change the way you set the reminders before sending the request to a client
