Question

I had to download the profile and now I am unable to see the tax payable/refund at the bottom of the return

Hello,

 

in option Environment Display, make sure the the box Data monitor is checked. IYou might also have to reset the monitors to the default by right clicking on the data monitor and selecting Default Monitors

I will add to Mario's comment, that you should look at the other check boxes in that area, and for that matter in the rest of the settings and understand what they do. Turn them on and off, one at a time, and observe what they do. This will help you to personalize the software and help you to use it better
