I Cannot find my customer's file on profile

Hi there,

 

When I open my laptop and try to open my client files from windows explorer, it show s error message "cannot find file". I also tried to to open from my one drive backup, and also try to download from my cloud and open it, but still same error message and cannot open. I can see the files on windows explore, but profile don't recognize.

I also tried to open from Profile, "file", and "open", then I opened the folder that I am saving , but software cannot find any files that I am saving. 

It was working well until yesterday. Can anyone help?

Try clicking on the file from Windows explorer to open it. If it does not open give us a call at 1-800-452-9970 for an agent to assist you
