How to Filter/Query database to show clients that have filed their 2018 but not come for 2019 taxes?

I could not figure out how to filter the database to show the clients that have filed their 2018 taxes with us but not come for their 2019.

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

Client explorer only allows filter/ query for a single year, so there is not a way to directly query multiple years. An option may be to filter the 2019 for returns not e-filed nor paper filed. This could then be compared to those e-filed or paper filed using a separate report for 2018.
