Error preventing eFile "Value cannot be null."
I have eFiled my first T2 successfully. Now for the first T1 for a common law couple. There are no errors or warnings and the return is marked by ProFile as eligible for eFile.
When saving the file I receive an error "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source." See attached.
I click OK and when I go back into the file, the changes made are there.
When I attempt to eFile the same error appears and I cannot move forward.
Any suggestions? I have already spent over 3 hours with support getting the software and files loaded onto a new computer.
