Error : Can not find part of the path "xyz". This pops up every 30 seconds and is causing issues while I am working... and it is not the path I have saved the file to.

I have checked Options - Environment - File tab... this is not a path listed in there. I have not used the path it is trying to link to in a few months and it starts up every time I start a new file. I can not find where this old path is linked in the software and it is really slowing me down while working as it will pop up while I am entering information.

Hoping someone can help.

Hello SandraD,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. If you have reviewed all the file paths in options ->env-> File tab, then it may be at another location. Does it happen when you open a template like letter? If so, please check options ->template.

Other key places to check at Options ->Env-> System or Efile->options. If you find that you are fixing it and the problem is resurfacing, then you may have an optoins package that needs to be saved over before exiting ProFile.

Please call in if you have any further trouble finding the pathing.
