Do attached HyperDocs carry forward to the new tax year?

No. Neither linked nor embedded hyperdocs carryforward to the next year. On the other hand notes,( F4> notes) and memos do carryforward with the file to the next year.

Do notes get efiled along with the T3 return?

 Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

Unfortunately notes are for preparer use only and not part of the filing to CRA. CRA has not set up a notes section in their T3 schema for the online filing of T3 returns
