Dependent #1 Information Not Printing

Anybody else having this issue?

 

Profile not printing Dependent # 1 information. PDF or paper copies. I can see the information in my Profile Software dependent information window.

 

 The printed copies just show Dependent #2 and so on. Contacted Profile but the issue cannot be resolved.
