Client lives in Ontario, has T4As and CPP, but also a Releve 1 slip - Box A is the equivalent of Box 14 (line 10100), but also has J, L, G1, 211? And do I need to file a Quebec return? Thanks

the requirements to file a QUebec tax return are defined at this URL:

 https://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/citizens/your-situation/students-and-recent-graduates/are-you-required-to-file-an-income-tax-return/

If you are not required to file in Quebec,  you can just enter the tax paid on the T4 as per this article.
