Claiming Rent from retirement residence with DTC

My client has DTC certificate and is staying in a Retirement residence. When I list the rent in ONBEN part B how do I indicate that she requires full care due to dementia? Do I check off the facility as a LTC facility even though it is a Retirement residence or will CRA make adjustments as they have the DTC on file?

if private home paying full municipal taxes, claim 75% of amount and treat as rent. if public home, put full amount and check category 61230 (long term care home).
