CCA Recapture ahead of actual sale of rental property
Has anybody ever herd of CCA recapture ahead of the actual sale of a rental property.
Have new client who has taken CCA in previous years and now wants to reverse those deductions by way of recapture now, a couple of years before he plans to sell his rental property. I understand that CRA will usually not permit aT1ADJ adjustment for CCA reversal, but wondering if recapture of CCA ahead of actual sale is permitted
