Carry forward of 2022 files to 2023

I am trying to roll forward files from 2022 to 2023 tax year however it is not giving me access to the 2022 files in the carry forward screen.

Has anyone else had this problem.

    When you do File Carry forward, have you selected 2022T1 in the top of the menu?

    It doesnt show me the 2022 option there

    When you select File Carry forward, you shoud be seeing something like this, you can click on the down arrow beside the tax year to select the tax year. 

     

    Are you able to open a 2022 file without carry forward or to create a brand new 2022 file?  If not, then it means that you need to repair Profile.

    When I try to carry forward a 2022 file, it freezes the program.
