Canada workers benefits - line 45300

My taxpayer has a net business income and taxable of 12,587$. The taxpayer is a single individual and not handicap. Profile give me a CWB on line 45300 of 3,160$ whereas the maximum is 1,295$.

Are you able to post a picture of the Schedule 6?  Maybe we can see what it is doing.

Sure looks like you have him coded as having an eligible spouse and an eligible dependant.  Maybe check your INFO and Dependant screens?
